i get married before 4 months.and my husband physically and mentaly torture me and now i want to take divorce so what will i should do?

Dear client u cannot ask divorce before completion of year of the marriage. Right now u can file complaint with women cell of police against husband and in laws for dowry harassment under sec 498 a. Also file domestic violence case for mental harassment against them. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

You can file case of cruelty and then got divorce. please consult any local lawyer.
