Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married to Mr. Vishal, an NRI, at Ahmedabad. After marriage he fled away to Australia without leaving the australia address to his parents. After 3/4 months, his parents ousted me for want of dowry etc.

Now he and/or his parents are not initiating any personal discussion/s. I have filed a legal case u/s 9 of restitution of conjugal rights; in which the summons sent by court at given address returned back with remarks 'wrong address'. Please advise further course of action.
