Legal Question in Family Law in Nigeria

Please I need your help I got married under the Nigeria act we have 3 children 5yrs 3yrs 7month and we are no longer together am a pastor, I also have a school my wife want to go with them i said no because i want to put an eye on their education since they attend my school. So who will take custody

Since your Children are of tender years, Custody will most likely be granted to the mother. You can however pray the Court to have reasonable access to your children.
