Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married in november 2015. I earn 40 thousand pm. I want to divorce my wife and don't want to give ailmony and maintenance. My wife is not working. She worked just before marriage only for 2 months. Now she is not working anywhere. I don't have a kid. I wanted her to work but she refused. My wife had left my house as I forced her to go. She stayed with me only 2 months. From 6 months we are living seperate. Is there any way in which I don't have to pay ailmony and maintanance to her?
