Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married to an NRI (canadian citizen) last year in hyderabad. After 2 months of marriage he withdraw my visa application saying he is not interested in this marriage. I wish to file for a divorce. I've come to know that even if the judge gives a court order in my favour for a permanent alimony I'll not get anything from him if he does not oblige. Please suggest.

Dear client yr information is wrong. If judge passed order in yr favor and yr husband will not pay alimony then u can file recovery petition and court will issue warrant against him. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
