1) U r entitled for all sthreedhan and marriage expenses.

2) If u file MCD, as per Memorandum of Understanding u will be entitled only.

3) File DV case on ground of mental cruelty and 498 A cases so that he will come to ur terms.

4) Let him file Divorce case which u can contest and finally let the court decide ur alimony.

5) Since he is earning u will get maintenance and shared household to reside.

6) Before he files RCR, u have to take all the above said steps.

7) First discuss in the presence of family elders, and outside experienced senior citizens and

try to resolve amicably.
