Dear Friend, You got married about 8 days back and you do not like to continue with the marriage because of the only reason that your husband is unemployed. I think this is not a good decision because at any point of time if you fell ill and your partner left you, what is your plight. So support your husband to find a good job and support him emotionally and with in a short time he succeed in getting a good job. So please adjust with him. So avoid thinking about divorce and separation for this type of silly reasons. Over above again if you like to separate you may apply for a divorce at the Family Court of your area. So take a intelligent decision.
While I am in general agreement with what Shri Sachin has opined, I would like to know what exactly you mean when you say you want to dissolve the marriage without branding it as "Divorce". Dissolution of amrriage can be either divorce or bu annulment of marriage. Annulement can be done only if you can prove that you got married under force OR your husband is not capable for the marriage
