I am married from past 10 years have a kid of 8 years. I want to marry someone else. My husband does not wants to divorce me. What are the options i can have divorce and can i have custody of my child.

1) No divorce. No second marriage.
2) U can file divorce may be contested by ur husband.
3) Court will decide custody of child based on facts.
