Legal Question in Family Law in India

i got married to a person with whom i was being physical.but now after some time he and his family is saying that they are not ready to accept me and they want this marriage to go off as i had married at a local temple near my home.

my husband has not registered our marriage and they are not any platform to talk also .they have been giving verbal and physical abuse me and my family.

pls help me out
