I am a married person but my wife isn't living with me and has filed a case under sec.125, 498. can I enter in a mitri karar or any that type of agreement. please reply me on my mail id

LIVE IN RELATIONSHIPS are not recognized by indian law .your so called friend can also file a complaint under domestic violence law if anything goes wrong between you two.living in without marriage is not a good idea.
