Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have married a person 19 years back who is already married and has children. I have 2 children. All the things were going on well and his family treated me as his wife all these years though I am not a legally wedded wife. But now since 2 years he has stopped maintaining and taking care of children and also started avoiding me and my children. he says that he is not interested to be with us.He has also transferre his entire property in his wife's name and she is the one who is loohking after the family matters. He is not even prviding basic education and maintenance to my children who are 16 yrs. and 15yrs. respectively. My son wants to stay with his father and has become very aggressive nowadays, to which his wife is not accepting. what is the solution.

Law can not force him to stay with you or your child. But you and both of your child is entitled to maintenance and u can file a petition u/s 125 CrPC for maintenance. It does include their school or college expanses, medical etc.Also the child will have a right in the ancestral property of the father.
