Legal Question in Family Law in India

I married in 1993 and got seperated in 1998 post then after staying seperate for 6 years we took notary divorce as we both were ok with it in 2008 i married another person but my kids who are 1994 and 1996 born wantd to keep same name and i and husband and his family agreed that i should use same previous name my brother got married in 2009 feb and my first husband died in 2010 but now my brothers fatherin law is tell m cheating as i m using his first husbands name and in 2011 i gave witness in court that my husband doing electric work he is blaming i m using name of first husband and staying with family whose name i dont use has he authority to blame me for using name of first husband and blaming i m characterless and cheater help me
