Legal Question in Family Law in India
I was married on 12.12.2005 have a son and got divorced on 24.08.2010. My ex husband has visiting rights to see my son twice in a month. But, so for he never visited. I am remarried and living in oman with my son who is 7 years and studying in Oman.
Now I have to get NOC from my ex husband for my son's further studies at Oman. How to get that NOC? Is there any format? Please let me know..
