Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married this May. I am alone son in my family, and she too is alone daughter in her family with three brothers. After marriage there have been issues and instances at home when behavior of my wife was not good with my mother, and she has been quite adamant on some issues with me. I ignored all the things, and only explained to her the importance of relationships. Recently I came to know that she was having illness of PCOS, from long back, even before marriage, and reflected from medical reports. It was shocking to me when, She even admitted to Doc, that issue is quite old with her. She and her family had hidden the fact from me and my family. Even, after this, she and her family are not realising the gravity of the situation, and are of the view that nothing great has happened, and are even making false allegations on us, that we are harassing and vicitimising her daughter.

Kindly advise, what can be done in this situation and what are the legal options infront of me, as I have lost all hopes, charm and disappointed with behavior of my wife and her parents.

Be cautious with dealing in such a situation. Though they have cheated you, you have to maintain diplomacy. Kindly keep the doctor's prescription wherein the doctor has recorded her illness since long ago, IN SAFE CUSTODY. This is the only piece of evidence that would save you and your relatives from any false case that your wife may file against you. Must advice you that you may think twice before breaking your marriage. In case you break your marriage, it will entail consequences which could be criminal complaints against you and your family. So just try to be cordial with your wife and if you love her then why are you scared of her being unwell. Just take care of her as a Good husband.
