i got married on 17th feb 2014 with a south indian guy without knowing my parents by following all the hindu customs bfore the holi fire..m from kolkata bengali girl and he is from trichirapally tamilnadu but he was working in tcs kolkata as a mechanical engineer.on 5th march morning he lied to me that he is going to office but after that we became to know that he went to his family and he called me till 7th of march and he said that he will come on 8th march.after that he didn't come back till now.i have made a missing diary also in local ps.his parents said to his friends that we wont allow him to come back kolkata and his wife too tell that girl to go somewhere.and they r trying to destroy our marrige proof also.but whenever i called them they are not picking my call i texted them but they r not responding.my husband forced me to leave my job i left my job also and he even didn't left any money for me now.his family is a rich family they can buy anyone like that they said. i have all the genuin proof and iwitness also.but i dont have money for hire a advocate so what i have to do? and if i want to go trichirapally to meet with my husband then how and wht kind of legal help i can get plz ans me m really helpless

Girls usually get in such trouble hence I always guide them that they should atleast register their marriage so that you need not to prove that you are married.
Hence in such situation, first of all it is very tough to prove that you are legally married and it is not a camera trick.
Secondly he might have married somewhere else then what you will do?
It is very hard situation.
If u dont have money then u will never get him back.
But you may try, way out is
Go to the local court with your complaint and get "FREE LEGAL AID".
Outside every court, there is a hoarding mentioning contact detail of Free legal aid.
They will help you free of cost and they will not charge even a single penny from you.
but advocates on these penal are not expert and usually freshers. So it is your luck that may be you got any good lawyer.
