Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi

I got married in 2010 in Vadodara, Gujarat. My wife had divorce from earlier marriage on Rs.100 Stamp Paper.

Now, we are soon (within a week )going for mutual divorce on stamp paper. After reading all about Stamp Paper Divorce, I want to ask :

- Is it possible for me to void this marriage ? If so, what is the procedure and how long it take? If I apply for that, is thee any risk of action from my wife? Is it possible for her to file any complaint against me and family ?

- If not, than can I go for Stamp Paper divorce and than at tha same time, ask my lawyer to file petition with family court??

Pl. advice as I want to do it in lrgal bounderies.

Dear client,

Actually speaking you are not the husband of the lady with m you are living with, both of you are living in adultery, because only Family Courts and designated courts can grant divorce. Inshort the lady with whom you lived is the legally wedded wife of the earlier person she married. So do not create unnecessary documents and fall in trouble. Immediately leave that lady.
