Legal Question in Family Law in India

I married a wicked person without getting final order of divorce from first husband.My second husband beats me always. My divorce from first husband is not cleared till now.My second husband prpmished me to help me in getting divorce from first husband even financially but he too cheated me.May I get a maintenance from second husband and complain against him for torturing me?

Dear client as u have not get legal divorce from firsr marriage so yr second marriage is illegal. But u can file police complaint against him for physical torture. For any legal help call me
