i married with my own will but now i am not with my husband because from the beginning he never bore my expenses and never did job.. he is living in ewhile i am living in karachi with my parents.. i have a son aged 1 year. my husband never spent a single penny on me as well as my son even at the time of delivery.. now my husband is giving me threats that he will snatch my son by law. i am very disheart and disturbed. kindly tell me whether he me snatch my son? what law says..my son will be in my custody or he will snatch as he is threatening.

he can not snatch your son , he will have to file a custody petition. maintain a record that your son is living with you.
