Legal Question in Family Law in India
I married to a Wipro employee (Mohit Jain) who filed fake criminal cases against my father & brothers. On the conditions that he/his family will arrange to withdraw all legal cases against my brothers/father at the earliest, a compromise between both parties was executed. I settled cases filed by me but he/his family is deliberately avoiding to settle their cases.
Now please intimate, can I file Contempt case and/or defamation suit against him/his family?

you may approach high court to close all cases through quashing petition.
