I am a married women. I got married in 2007. This is my 2nd marriage. In 1st marriege i got divorce. My present husband is not very good to me. I recently came to know that he also had a first marriage and got no divorce before marrying me. I had his marriage ragistration certificate also. His 1st marriage was held in 1998. I want to annul my marriage as he does not treat me well. plzzz let me know about al annulment procedure. I had a 5 yr old son and i want to keep my son with me. Plzz suggest me the way what should i do to keep my son with me. Is it illegal to run away from my home with my son and then after i start the annulment.procedure. Because nobody even not my parents are going to help me in all this because of the society. And also let me know weather my husband file a case against me if i run away from my house..plzzzz help
