I am a married women. I got married since 4 year back. Sir my marriage was not registered in legal sense it was done in kalka ji mandir. I would like to ask you that can I remarry some one without divorce.
Can you let me know how do I get rid from him..

Dear client through yr marriage is not registered still it is legal one. U cannot marry other person without divorcing yr husband. If u do so then u will be punish for bigamy and will punished for five years jail. So first take divorce from court and then get remarried. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

It would be unsafe to advise you to go for second marriage as your husband might be having some proof viz. marriage photos, witnesses etc. and that may land you in trouble. you are advised to see a lawyer in person with all the details and documents.
