Legal Question in Family Law in India

I'm a married women from 18 yrs ,mother of two sons ,age 16 yrs. and 10 yrs. My husband abuse me all the time physically,mentally,financially.sometime in front of my kids....His mother and other relatives support him.my parents are very old and can't support me I'm homemaker and totally depend on my husband.. I want to know that if i file a case of divorce ,in that case ,should i got custody of my kids .secondly do my husband give money for kids studies or future.Please answer me as soon asap .

Dear client u can ask monthly maintenance for u and children by filling case under sec 125 with divorce. Custody of child remain with u. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
