I married in 2011. we both working. no kids. frequent quarrels. living separate since may 2013. I requested wife to come back in feb 2014 but she asked divorce n 10 lakh money. aftr this my father n sister died in 2014 which I informed wife. she refused to meet me. in 2015 I filed divorce under cruelty.she accepted summons but rfused to attend 3 sessions of counselling. nxt mth hearing. what should my lawyer do in court nxt mth ?

Your lawyer is your best bet to guide you as per the facts narrated in the petition. However, once counselling fails, wife will have to file her written statement to which you will file a counter.
