I got married 5 year ago since first day till today my husband harressing me consntly he abuse me , beat me , stop my study carrier ,stop talk to my frnds never give me permission to go out never talk to.me even he didnt support me financialy ever .bcoz of this kind of sitution we hadnt any physical reletion bcoz he ddnt treat me ever in gud manner.bt now he strat to threating me dt he will rape me and i vll be capable to st stop him .i wouldn't be able to bear that thing that he do forcefully dt vd me.can i complaint against marital rape when he do anything of like dt with me .i m little confuse bcoz i heard its offense and somewhere i heard that he have to do marital rape with me....so i want to police will lodge fir against marital rape or not pllzzz help me and suggest me some leagl way.
