Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married a year ago before i got a divorce decree from my first wife.Now my second wife has filed 498a on me.

Is it possible for me to get the 498a quashed saying that my marriage with second wife is void ab initio in this case i will be charged for bigamy.

My question is both 498a and Bigamy applicable when marriage is void ab initio ?
