Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
Hi... I got married a year back. My husband didnt let me come home while i was out and forcefully kicked me out of house. I have all of my dowry still at there home and his sisters ate using it. I came back to UK. and then filed a case agagainst me complaining thay I left home and they also told everyone in society damaging my reputation and my family's name as well. And later on he divorced me. I have a proof of everything. Now I want to make it public... I want to make a video about it and show proof to everyone on face book. What does law say about that. Do I have to take permission from court to do that?

well so far ur dowry articles are concerned you can file a suit to recover them and for the matter that they are damaging ur reputation and that the affairs were quite the opposite then again you can file a case for damages and ur video proofs can be used in that law suit.
i dont think this is a good idea or advisable to publicize the matter of private nature in this way , it can or will create some legal complications for u.
