I got married last year in may and want to get divorce from my husband on the basis of mental and physical torture.He currently resides in Dubai and I am in India from the last two months.We both have residential visa of Dubai and went to Dubai after marriage.When can I file divorce against him?All my educational certificates are in Dubai.How can I get them back?Can I take legal support to get my certificates back before the actual divorce takes place?
