Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have been married for last one year. My in laws have started torturing me soon after my marriage. they use to call my family or go to my parents/relative and raise concern about me not helping in household activities or certain habits most of them was a lie. Even my husband also use their tone. in June starting they sent me at my home saying that "its been long that u have visited, so go" after that they said that never come back and said that they will not keep me at home. later they sent my husband to anonymous place for 1 year (i checked at his work place, he has applied for 1 year Leave without pay). now when my family call for checking they say that your girl is mad and crazy and we wont take her back. I am working in a reputed MNC for lat 4 years and drawing a good income. i am an MBA graduate and have a good social character. they are trying to prove that i am not of sound mind. i want to live with my husband alone so that he and i can strengthen my bond as they always interfere in our life and personal matters. please help how i can take this up leagally

Dear client u have to send legal notice through advocate to take back u to matrimonial home. If he will not act per notice file case for restitution of conjugal rights under sec 9 of Hindu marriage act. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

No useful purpose is solved by filing a petition for RCR. Serve the legal notice for RCR and if he does not take you back, file a petition for divorce directly. During mediation or during any stage of the case, you can withdraw the petition if compromised.
