i am just married one year before, we have 2 months male baby, now my wife is in mother in law house , she forced to me come with her house, but my father and mother
and sister depend on me, i am also not interested , as a father what is the rights to my child, her family is very poor family , is it any possible to get my child if she will not come

You can file a petition for custody. But custody of child below 5 is generally given to mother. Hence, there would not be much benefit in filing the case. Better, serve her a legal; notice for RCR or file an RCR petition in court if u want he back.
