Legal Question in Family Law in India

We married 3 years ago. We had first boy of 16 months and second boy of 03 months. I'm suffered with my wife's behaviour as she & her family is not considering my mother as even a human being. They are pointing out me & my parents and always want to stay with her parents only. Due to my job I'm staying away from my home town, my parents are only staying in my house. Even she is not allowing my first kid to be with my parents. My in - laws are playing with all of us by using my wife as a tool. The main point is that, my wife is always threatens that she needs to die to get out of this. The same word being used so many times. Our family is literally going mad due to this. For all of these actions her mother is the back bone. My wife will talk to her mom (daily 04times) and telling all the situations happening in between me and her without leaving a single word. Due to this harassment nature of my wife I�m unable to concentrate on my job. Do I have any option of divorce, if I go for divorce what about the steps to be followed, how about the custody of my kids and how about alimony to be given? Please advise me.

If she gets ready for divorce, you can move a petition u/s 13B HMA. oTHERWISE, YOU NEED TO FILE A CONTESTED DIVORCE AND FOR THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE GROUNDS AND FURTHERMORE THOSE GROUNDS HAVE TO BE PROVED. IF MUTUAL DIVORCE IS FILED, YOU CAN SETTLE EVERY MATTER REGARDING ALIMONY, CUSTODY ETCC BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT. cALL FOR DETAIL.
