Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi am married 6 years ago having a kid of 5. am trying to divorce my husband on the ground of judicial separation, cruelty, mentally harassed. i don't want any kind of alimony, settlement, nor property issue. i am employee have ma own house living my life independently since 2 years & above. now he took my kid and blackmailing me to withdraw the case. my parents are in support of my husband & my in-laws too. he is un-employee and known for nothing. i want to wrap my case and get un-conditional divorce ASAP.

Now current situation is My husband is not replying the petition of divorce on grounds of judicial separation & cruelty. Case was filed on 16 September 2013. He attended for the hearing with his lawyer now he is dragging the case with out replying. What can I do now to move my case forward for next step?

For this kind of situation what will be the result and judgement of court? and how long it will take time to finish the case. without alimony, settlement, property issues nor child custody objection. am ready to give up everything for my independence & divorce papers. please advice. HYD

if he has entered appearance in sept 2013 where is the delay. if he doesnt file a reply then you can ask the court to proceed without taking the reply on record. Are you seeking judicial sepration or divorce???i need to know more facts before i can advice contact 9312411481
