I was married 10 Years Ago, Have 2 kids. There is lot of inequality in thoughts and feelings with my wife but still continued for 10 years without any complaint. 2 Years before I met with my old female friend and being in love with her. We talk on phone and met twice in a month. She is also happy being in emotional relationship with me because she can�t marry anyone due severe disease and her medical ailment. Now my wife force me to stop all this and come out this relationship otherwise she threatened me to file a police complaint for cheating against me. Can she impose me to live on her constraint only?

Yes, so long as you are in matrimony, she has a right to stop you from cheating her. If you really really want to live with your girl-friend, you may need to leave your wife after making adequate provision for her maintenance as also for the children. And that too, only if there are sufficient grounds for you to seek divorce in accordance with law.
