Married 25 Years back AND BLESSED WITH 2 CHILDREN, husband and wife are living separately for the past 17 years, but children are living with father and became Majors. Father neither Married since then NOR fighting legal battle. Mother neither Married (NOT KNOWN) NOR fighting legal battle. Now Advice father's legal battle procedure for Congenial Rights and living together, if she is NOT Married

If you get a decree for Restitution of Conjugal Rights, you cannot force her to live with you. At best, the decree can be used for seeking divorce. You may try for a mutual settlement - or reunion or divorce. Therefore, you better approach her for a compromise.
