Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, I got married 2 years back and I have a child of 4 months. My husband married me by telling many lies. At the time of marriage he has no job ( I have the evidence that he was unemployed ) but told our family that he is working in abroad. Moreover now he is in a relationship with a married woman. I have SMS and email proof for his adultery. Can I file complaint against him and his parents ? If yes what will be the possible sentence for them?
