Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married 12 years back. But one and half year after my marriage I separated from him as he tried to stab me. Later got divorced. I started working. My son never saw his father nor my husband's parents. Two years back my ex hubby returned and offered for reunion. I accepted. He married me and I got it registered. He took me to abroad. His harassment and man handling started. Because of his extramarital relations and his bad nature I came back to India. . I have a son who stayed with my parents during my stay with my husband in abroad. Now my problem is:

1.He is harassing my son with unnecessary topics and threatenings. He is not able to concentrate on his studies. My son's health is also impacting.

Can I ask him to stop calling my son. Is it binding that I have to let my husband to talk with me and my son?? I have every proof that he was Harrising me and my son.

2. Twice he gave me money during this one and half years time. He want it back. I have requested that as my monthly expenses. Am I eligible to use that money??

He is using very vulgar language that my son and myself are using his money. What to do I left my job (earning30000₹)believing this fellow.

3. He always force my son to call his parents who never calls us or talk with us. my son used to talked with them occasionally in the last one year. But now he is not interested as he didn't find any proper response from them. He conveyed the same to my husband. Still he forces. Is it compulsory that my son has to talk with them?? My son says when they are talking with him by themselves why should he talk forcefully. My husband imposes. I am neither able to convince my son nor husband.

Please tell is it binding ??

4. My husband gave certain amount to my son during my divorce. Now he is everyday harassing that my son is eating his amount given by him so my son should do whatever he says. I want to return that. But it's in the name of my minor son thru court. What is the procedure??

5. He uses very bad language about my character. His calls are making me sick. I want to change my phone numbers. Can I do??

6. He stays in US. Can I complain about him to that police from here?? If so what details should I have about him?? If not there what is the procedure to file a complaint in India?

He is neither divorcing nor living with me. But Harrising me and my family like this.

Please help me out.
