Legal Question in Family Law in India

I was married five years back. I couldn't love my wife from the day I got married as i am not getting emotionally and sexually satified from her.and we don�t have any child. I wanted to divorce her but she doesn't want to give me divorce. My wife is notliving with me now. More over she file a case on dowry and having relationship with another girl against me. What should i do? Please advice.

You need to defend. A local lawyer may help you better. Divorce may not come easy. The litigation may be quite costly and time consuming. Try to settle the matter amicably.
