Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi all, am married 7 years back. But my marriage life was for less then a year. i have daughter and from past 6 years am with my parents. he did not look after for my daughter. now i applied for an divorce in family court in the month of may. My lawyer suggested for an Exparte divorce. so can anyone tell me, when will i get my judgement copy. Bcoz my parents planning for an remarriage.
