I got married 6 years back o an nri and have a 5 yr old son.I was at in laws house.A year back came to know that my husband is married to another lady.But I dont have any proof.He was not suporting us financially.Now I have started to work to take care of my son.How to go forward for a divorce as husband doesnt want to give maintenance to me and my son.He is in uae.

You may file a maintenance case for you and your son and wait for his response. You may need proof of your husband's first marriage. If that fact is established, you will be entitled to a decree of annulity [cancellation of marriage]. However, you are still entitled to maintenance, even if he has a surviving wife from first marriage.
