Legal Question in Family Law in India
I was married 6 years back. My wife is certified as infertile.
I have invested my earnings through my father-in-law i.e., Rs.16 lakhs.
For chit funds 2 no @ 5 lakh each. One was on my wife name and the other on his name and another 5 lakhs given for interest. I have all the receipts which I have sent through foreign exchange to his account.
He has drawn one chit without my consent and was not responding to the money which I lended to him. When I demanded for that, he filed 498A, 506 case along with my wife.
How can I solve this issue? What are the laws which can protect me?
