Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am married 3 years back and my wife not staying with me since last 1 year. there is no any communication are talk during this period. when she left my house 1 year before, her mother promised that she will back after 5 to 10 days very shortly. when more then 1 month or 2 month passed i myself and my parents talk to her and her mother that when she will back to my home? no. of times we requested to come back but she didn't return. even after 15 days to 1 month my wife and her mother have blocked our mobile and landline numbers, so we have not any communication since last 11 months.

during this period my parents visited twice to her and requested to bring her, but she and her mother refused to come, she and her mother also amused my parents and relatives when they can to her house.

when she left my house she was pregnant for one and half month and she delivered a female child 3 months before. during this whole period we have not inform any condition as about her health, delivery and about new born child.

before this 1 year 4 to 5 times she went to her parents house and stayed there for 3 to 6 months every times. please suggest me suitable methods and applicable laws to take divorce

Dear client generally it is hard to get divorce for man in India. So first send legal notice through lawyer and ask wife to come back home. If she will not come back then file case for restitution of conjugal rights under sec 9 of Hindu marriage act.
