Legal Question in Family Law in India

We had married @ 11 years back. My wife is working lady and her income is @ 6 times more from me buy she never contribute a single penny for our family. As we have no issues we adopted a male child who is 3 years now. But within 6 months of adoption my wife left my house and filed divorce petition u/s 27 and I also submitted WS in favour of the petition. But the honble court rejected the petition with an order of fresh petition u/s 28. Now I dont want divorce and filed a case u/s 9 for restoration of conjugal right. Kindly advise am I right on way or something else to do?
