I am married around 2 years. now i am carrying at approximate 3.5 months.our marriage was a love marriage.My husband stay in Malaysia. He does nt love me now..he totally changed and wants to divorce me..He tells me that he will divorce me after giving birth my baby and he will take the baby from me.He does not give any expenses to me and my baby.I want my baby with my custody.plz let me know...can he take my baby from me??

No, he cannot take your baby. If you given birth to a son then the baby-boy must be with you till he attains age of seven. If you given birth to a daughter she must be with you till she attains age of nine. If your husband divorce you then your husband must take care of you and your baby. He must provide you a reasonable amount every month for your living and maintenance. Please be patient and contact a family lawyer.
