Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I have been married for 3 years and i have a daughtet of age 1.6 years, if i want separation then what would be the possibilities that i as the mother gets the custody of my child?

Dear sister

after separation you are entitled for her daughter custody till the age of 16 but when you contract second marriage the father will be entitled to get back custody .

The only thing which court considers is the welfare of the minor for deciding the case of custody, so if you get it prove in the court that welfare lies with you and not with your husband then definitely you are legally entitled to have the custody of your minor kid.
