Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have been married since last 9 years. I want divorce from my husband and My husband is denying, forcing and threatening me everytime to stay in this relationship though I am not living with him since last 2 years. He is not looking at any of my expenses giving one excuse or the other everytime. I have to manage my expenses of my own and live at my parent's house.

Now on what grounds can I file a petition on him so that I can get relief from him and this relationship as soon as possible. Please advice.
