Legal Question in Family Law in India
I have been married for four years. I have been facing so many problems with my husband. He has been beating me.. He even broke my finger once. He asks me to arrange my mom or my friends to sleep with him. Je even has sadomasochistic behaviour. He was abroad last year. There he had a relationship with a woman there and spent a night with her. I have pictures and messages supporting their relation and medical prescription of my broken finger. I am planning to take divorce from him. Now he is saying he wont give divorce and try to prolong it as long as possible so that my life will be ruined. We don't have any children. I am a doctor by profession and have job offers from abroad. I want to finish this as soon as possible and settle with my life. Kindly suggest how to proceed.

Dear client u have strong proof of his adultery and cruelty. File police complaint against him for physical torture under sec 498 a. Also file divorce on the grounds of adultery and cruelty. you need to mention first as to which part of india you belong to? regarding divorce, it is your take and you can file a petition for divorce on the grounds of cruelty and adultery. as your case would be substantiated by medical and other records, you may get divorce earlier than you think.
