I am married since last 3 years & have 2 years girl baby. we stay with our in-laws. my husband dont take care of me & my inlaws trashes me like any thing. they have own house where ground floor is rented to other & shortly getting vacated. we are staying in the first floor duplex house where my life has become miserable. I want to stay seperate in the ground floor. the house is in my mother inlaw name. she is very much opposing me to go down. my husband comes late night & I doubt his character also. may I claim down floor house to stay peacefully. My husband too supports his parents & his parents supports his wrong activities. I am suffering & requires your suggession.
