Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi. I am married for last 2 years and i am not happy wit my husband. I like some other guy and i wanna get married to him. My husband got to know that i like some other guy. Can he take any action against that guy just for liking that person? Can he put adultry case just for liking him? Other than my husband can any 1 else give a complaint against that guy?

No other person, except your husband, can file any case against your lover. Your husband may seek his prosecution only if you are in physical relationship with him.
