Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am married from last four years and my husband is the only son to my mother in law and have 3 sisters out of which 2 are married, my mother has only one house in which we are staying, my husband is unemployed ans whenever we ask my mother in law to give one shop out of two she have, she always threaten me that I will kick u out of this house or else pay the rent. My all sis-in -laws interfere in my married life. My mother in law always threat me for the property which not at all her name too. My husband says nothing. Please let me know what to do so that she will give at least one shop to my husband so that he can start his work and what to do to ask for my share in property, I have one 3 year old daughter. I am working and my MIL do even give single penny to me for expenses. out of two shops one of them is on rent which goes to my MIL. She always give me threat fro her property only, otherwise she have nothing. Please give me advice.

If the two shops are self acquired by the MIL then you cant do anything, if she inherited them from your FIL then his will has to be seen. In case he died intestate then you husband and his sisters have a share. Kindly eloborate as to how your MIL became the owner of her assets and then we would be in a position to advise you.
