I GOT MARRIED IN 2004. SINCE 4 YEARS WE R STAYING AT SAME HOME BUT WE HAVE NO RELESTION AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE MONEY TO ME AND MY SON SINCE LAST 9 MONTHS.i NEED MY LIFE, PLZ HELP ME WHAT SHOULD I DO? WE SEPARATED BECOZ OF HIS FATHER AND SISTER.

Madam if he is not paying the amount the simple solution just file a Petition for maintenance for yourself and your child under 125 of criminal procedure code, further it also amounts to domestic violence and under domestic violence act also you can file a claim for maintenance.
