Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have been married for 3 years now. I have a son of 1.5 years, after marriage my husband left his job then I bear all his responisbilities. Now he is working in some private firm as an electrician. He is getting there 10000/- only. He lives seperate from his family from last 10 years and I am living nearby to my mom's home because my baby grown up there, his family is never cooperate me on any issue either financial or mentally or physically. Because I am residing nearby to my mom's home ( baby's situation) my husband always ask me for that. Also he always threaten me that he leave the home and walked out all of his responsibities. As he always want to rest in the home.

I want to know if he walks out from home than can I make court case to his and his all family members like his sister, Bua or fufaji, mother and father and brothers etc.

Dear client if yr husband walk from home then u can file police complaint under sec 498 a against him and his family for dowry harassment. U can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment. U can ask maintenance for u and child by filling case under sec 125. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
